Due to having limited net access (and that is through a wireless router I can't secure on account of it not being mine!) I won't be logging in here much until I can acquire a secure net connection. Either that or DMusic adopts a HTTPS format.

Forget trying to make DMusic what it was 7,8,9 years ago. Hell, forget even 4 years ago. Seriously, it didn't work then and it won't work now.
A total restart, including new coding and servers.
And if that means having to set up a rival domain name, site & new user/band database, so be it! Look at the bullshit going on just trying to find out the simplest of information on this site now... YOU (the users, the artists but especially the old staff and any coders) could make all of the past fuckups disappear gracefully & pave the way for a new DM.
But, like the attitudes towards our governments, I fear the heart of this place has been beaten into submission. Even if you could kickstart the DMusic Revolution, would you even have the motivation to see it through to the bitter end again?

New project still suffering at the hands of an erratic frontman... Who I'm fast losing patience with again.
Dunno, got the space... Maybe chuck my old rubbish back up? Hm.
P.S. Removed my entire Blocked Users list... Since most of them were long gone and it's entirely irrelevent to my present self.

The 38th birthday came... And went... As did the sunrise of the 18th November and with it the spirit of my sister who left me 18 years ago.
And another DM vet has fallen... These are sad times.
Next April and I'd have been a member here for 10 years... Look at what has become of it. No lasting legacy, no little gold star on some virtual Walk Of Fame, nada... Save that of the massive number of collabs over the years. Look at this place, what has become of our beloved site?
And there's nothing I can do. Everything costs too much money these days and it's seriously burdening everything. Every elastic band has a breaking point.
